4. Shipping & Delivery Disclaimer

Processing Times:
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Processing time may be extended during holidays or promotional events.

Shipping Times:
Estimated delivery times are provided for your convenience but are not guaranteed. Once your order has been transferred to the carrier, delivery is beyond our control.

Tracking:
A tracking number will be provided once your item ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Failures:
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to incorrect address information, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages:
We are not liable for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered. For damaged items, please notify us within 5 days of delivery with documentation and photos to assist with claims.

International Shipping (if applicable):
International customers are responsible for all customs, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. Delivery times may vary based on location and customs clearance.
